PVC resin prices had been depressed more than almost any other packaging raw material input during 2025. That has changed and PVC resins have experienced the sharpest inflation because of the war in the Middle East. This is resulting in price increases for PVC shrink labels for Q2 of 2026. Expect 10% to 15% price increases in most regions. Asian inflation for PVC shrink label films will likely be in excess of 2% based on a very sharp increase for PVC resins which occurred during March.
